"​It was a privilege to join  Senator Steven Oroho and Assemblyman Hal Wirths at the New Jersey Budget address today, though the message was a disappointing one. Without meaningful relief for municipalities that are forced to pay the state’s higher health premium and pension costs, any talk of tax relief is disingenuous.
